Mt. Hood Community College. For some reason it's one of like 2 schools in Oregon with a decent cyber security programthe other being the Oregon Institute for Technology. I want to get my Associates and start working then finish my Bachelor's as I work. I feel as if I stay in school too long everything I learn will be out of date by the time I graduate seeing as the cyber security field is one of the fastest growing and changing fields right now.

Probably. I don't go to any sporting events because I'm not interested. I just remember the cheers and jokes from frosh week.

My personal favourite was one night, I was walking downtown with a bunch of my friends, and we noticed a bunch of Western people coming our way. So, loudly enough, I said to my friend:

"Hey, why don't they have Christmas at Western?"

The UCF you go to is crazy huge. If you look around, 90% of that didn't exist when I was there. Although the Ghetto I lived is still there, just off campus. I even understand the old driveway still sports the stains from my wrenching.

Nice! I actually never lived on campus, I held down a frat house for 2 years at the beginning of hunting lodge and commuted the rest. I miss campus life too, I actually just moved back home to Ellington though.

25 minute commute ain't bad, and my mom flat out said she would pay the car insurance on the 325i I just built if I moved home for my last semester... No brainer, but at least I still have a bunch of friends I can stay the night with

oh yeah, I put my entire budget as well as all of Christmas break into the new engine, 5speed swap, lsd, and exhaust project.

So a full years worth of insurance (and finally having a car for the first time in 2 years since my civic got totaled) is far more worth it to me than another 4 months in a party house. I believe that period of my life is coming to a close

Funny how that works, neither of my parents went to college, but 2 uncles, 2 aunts and a few cousins and even my grandmother back in the day went to UConn.

And yes 40 of us business students huddled around a 13 inch MacBook screen to watch both title games at 4 am london time. The celebration was not nearly as large as storrs but we still almost got kicked out of our flat complex haha

For us, it was nice to get out of the special olympics category in college sports. We beat a ranked Maryland team at home and Alabama away. While I was there, I got to see Michael Turner and Garrett Wolfe steamroll people.
